„When you want to learn how to be the change you want to see!”

Do you share the vision of creating an economical stabile, creative and powerful organisation? Then you know it starts and ends with the organisations ability to communicate, learn and lead. With the help of Non-violent Communication you will get essential tools to create the positive shifts in your organisation and support in reaching your goals.

Sisukord

Our view

It is not enough to understand what happens in an organisation, you also need concrete skills to handle the multitude of relationships and conflicts that is part of the daily work.

Therefore this program focuses on giving you the following:

1) Understanding for the situations you have in your daily work; 2) Concrete tools to handle them; 3) Practice in using the tools we study.

Business leaders, human resource directors, and corporations who have trained leadership and employees in Non-violent / Compassionate Communication (NVC) have experienced the following benefits:

• Significant improvement in employee morale; • Significant improvement in productivity, including reduced sick leave, reduced staff turnover, and improved staff commitment to their jobs; • Improved supervisor/staff relations, including more meaningful employee reviews; • Turning “the problem employee” into the “star employee” by utilizing empathy, and emotional empowerment in your leadership style; • An empowered workforce that finds meaning and contribution in their workday.

The program

• The 4 dimensions of leadership from view of humans to behavior • How to create change that lasts • Communication • Motivation • Proactive conflict resolution • Emergency conflict resolution • Mediation in the work place • Request from the participants

How we work

The program Empathic Leadership in Sweden is taking place 3 times 3 days. So the new skills and knowledge can be tried and evaluated in your work environment.

In Estonia we offer first pilot course as a 2-days training. In order to maximise the learning we use different methods like theory, practical exercises in groups and in person, simulations and self evaluation and reflection.

Approach to money:

We try to relate with money in line with our values of considering everyone’s needs. Receiving financial contributions is a strategy for meeting our needs for sustainability, as well as for contribution, appreciation, mutuality, care and choice about how we spend our time. We also want to meet the needs of the people who want to learn with us – needs for sustainability, joy, contribution, choice, and care, along with others. In thinking about how much money to request, we try to create a sliding scale that is likely to accommodate most people, as well as having a commitment to include as many people as we possibly can regardless of financial means.

We are aware that "money" is a charged issue for most of us in this culture. We hope that each person will consider our sliding-scale an opportunity to consider the variety of needs that exist within your relationship to money your needs for sustainability, security, ease, comfort, and contribution, among others. We hope that each person would consider those needs of yours along with ours which we described above, and arrive at an amount that reflects your financial reality grounded in your needs. Hoping to meet all of our needs, we ask that each person contribute the most that you would like to.

We are excited about this approach as we predict that, over time, it will contribute to meeting all of our needs for learning and for moving toward a society in which everyone's needs can be met.

Deadline:

If you choose to participate we would like to hear about you latest on 20th of October 2006 in order to meet our needs for clarity and ease.

Your Contribution

We encourage you to choose your payment in sliding scale between 500 EUR and 1000 EUR for 3 days.
