| - | + | I would like to share my database from RefWorks (citation mamanegent software) with other researchers that are not affiliated with my university but who are part of the research team for the project. Please note that the members are dispersed globally. Now, RefWorks allows its users to share a specific folder or the entire database with others by providing a URL. I was in the process of sharing my database of citations but the following message appeared and I would like to know if I would be infringing on copyright:"The data you are about to share may be copyright protected or subject to data provider restrictions. Users should check with the appropriate database provider(s) to ensure compliance with any restrictions such provider(s) may impose upon downloading or sharing of the information."The default settings for sharing the folder are: allow export, allow print, allow bibliographies and enable option to email me. However, I would also like to permit them to post comments on each of the references.Thank you in advance. | |
