Things and processes tend to take more time than we have assumed!

I celebrate that today at the end of December 2006 we have succeeded to build a group of commited people and have created inside the group the culture that we really value - partnership culture - trust, honesty and opennes amongst the members.

We have had regular meetings once a week since September 2006 and during those meetings noticed that we wish to create from "inisde to outside" - we wish to manifest with our own being and everyday actions those values that we want to share and promote in the world.


OUR VALUES:

  • trust - into myself, humanity, universe;
  • honesty - revealing own feelings, thoughts and intentions and taking responsibility for one's own actions, feelings, thoughts, intentions;
  • openness - being open and accepting others feelings, thoughts, intentions, actions as they are;
  • unity of diversities - we enjoy people with common values but different personalities, skills, knowledges, habits etc;
  • co-creation - equal partnership;


We are at the moment in a process of "digging into ourselves" - finding and wording our personal goals and wishes in order to create a solid common ground for our dream - Sustainable Living and Learing Centre.

Right now our group is 5 people who all are contributing their time and energy in voluntary basis to this project. 3 of us are ready to start "full time jobs" on the project as soon as we find financing. If you feel inspired by what you red so far and would enjoy to contribute your time, skills, money or other ressourses into this project, here comes our "wish list".


WISH LIST:

  • enterpreneurship skills and advice;
  • skills to create a "business plan" and to make market research;
  • marketing skills - to promote NVC trainigns;
  • "seedmoney" for hiring office and staff;
  • rooms for office;
  • office equipment;
